Payment methods: by Visa / Mastercard or PayPal at the time of checkout. It is also possible to pay e-transfer (interak) to info@karuselbooks.com.

Free shipping on orders over $50. For smaller amounts, shipping costs are calculated at the time of ordering.

Delivery times: We ship orders no later than 24 hours from the time the order was placed. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday. Parcels to the United States are sent by USPS, to Canada - by courier. Delivery time in the USA is on average 4-14 business days, in Canada - 1-7 business days. Attention! As postal services take additional measures to ensure the safety of their employees and customers during the COVID crisis, there may be delays in their work. We send you a tracking number so you can see where your order is. We are not responsible for their work, but we are always ready to contact the postal service to find out where the order is, in case they happen to have a delay.

For residents of Montreal free pickup of an order placed for any amount is possible, just select this option when placing an order. We are located next to the Botanical Garden, combine business with pleasure :) You can pay for such orders on the website or in cash.

We can ship orders to any country in the world, but shipping tends to be very expensive. If you want to estimate its cost, write to us.

We are pleased to cooperate with Russian schools and libraries. Contact us to find out special prices for books from the site and special orders.

Orders over $300 CAD (approximately $235 USD) will automatically receive 10% off (no code word needed).

We bring under the order any books, including those for adults.

If you buy books or games in gift, leave a comment on the order, and we will be happy to send a card on your behalf, completely free of charge!
