Terms of sale and defective products

WHAT IS AND IS NOT CONSIDERED A DEFECT:

We carefully check books and games before shipping and pack them very securely. However, minor cosmetic damage can happen in transit, such as a micro-crease, a bent corner or spine, or a tiny scratch. This is normal when shipping printed materials, and such marks are not considered defects. If the condition of a particular book really matters to you (usually an expensive book meant as a gift), write to us and we will double-check that copy and pack it with extra care. If, despite our efforts, a book arrives with more serious damage than described above, write to us and we will find a solution. Our email: info@karuselbooks.com
