Payment and delivery
Payment methods: by credit card or PayPal at checkout. In Canada, you can also pay by Interac e-Transfer to info@karuselbooks.com.
Free shipping:
- within Canada on orders over $75 CAD;
- to the US on orders over $300 USD;
- to most European countries on orders over €300;
- to Israel on orders over ₪1,000.
Order amounts are calculated after discounts and before taxes, excluding gift cards in the cart. For smaller orders (and shipping to other countries), the shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Taxes and duties:
Canada — taxes according to the province the order is shipped to.
US and all other countries (except Canada) — all customs duties and taxes are paid by the customer at checkout. The amount paid at checkout is final: there are no additional charges when you receive your order.
Delivery times: we send a tracking number within 24 hours. Parcels ship with UPS (Canada and international) and DHL (US).
- Canada: 2–7 business days on average
- US: 1–3 business days
- International: a few days, depending on the destination
We don't control delivery speed, but we're always happy to contact the carrier if your order takes longer than usual.
Pickup in Montreal: free for orders of any amount. For pickup orders, we credit your account with 10% of the order amount (after discounts and before taxes; does not apply to promotional items). Our store is at 4215 Beaubien Est. We're open 12 pm–4 pm on weekdays and 10 am–2 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Pay online or in cash, and pick up within 2 weeks of ordering.
We do not accept returns. If a serious defect slipped past us (for example, misbinding, which is very rare but does happen), please write to info@karuselbooks.com and we'll sort it out.
Publishers sometimes change a cover or game box, the paper type, or game components without notice. We can't always track minor differences. If the key features (content, translator, illustrator, binding, dimensions) are unchanged, this is not considered a defect, and no refunds are issued in such cases.
We share discounts with our customers through our loyalty program. All discounts are applied with promo codes; one promo code per order.
We offer wholesale discounts to Russian-language schools and libraries and can bring in textbooks on request at low prices. We can special-order any book, including books for adults.

Data protection: we don't store your payment details and never even receive them; all payments are processed by independent PCI DSS-compliant payment systems.
