Free shipping on orders over $60USD / $75CAD (after discounts and before taxes). For delivery within Canada - from 75 CAD, for delivery within the USA - from 60 USD. For smaller amounts (as well as for delivery to other countries), the delivery cost is calculated at the time of placing the order.
Taxes and duties: USA - no taxes or duties. Canada - taxes according to the province to which the order is sent. All other countries: You may be required to pay taxes and duties in your country upon receipt of your order, please check this in advance.
Delivery times: Orders are shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends.
Parcels to the USA to most addresses are sent via USPS (usually orders under $150USD, average 8-15 business days) or UPS (usually orders over $150USD, average 3- 7 working days) , parcels to Canada - by courier services (on average 1-7 working days). You can also choose paid fast delivery. We send you a tracking number so you can see where your order is. We are not responsible for the work of postal services, but we are always ready to contact them to find out where the order is if delivery times exceeded the average.
For residents of Montreal, free pick-up is available for orders placed for any amount, just select this option when placing your order. In addition, for orders placed for pickup, we give a 10% discount when using the code word BOUTIQUE (indicate in the “promotional code” field when placing an order). Our store is located at 4215 Beaubien Est. We are open from 10 am to 4 pm every day, including Sunday.You can pay for such orders on the website or in cash.
We do not accept returns because we believe we have no right to resell books that someone has already read.On the website you can find the section “Books beaten by life” - there is a discounted book there.If suddenly some defect has passed us by (for example, incorrect binding - this is very rare, but it happens), then be sure to write to us at info@karuselbooks.com, and we will solve this problem.
We are happy to share discounts with our customers as part of our bonus program. All discounts on our website are activated through promotional codes; only one promotional code can be applied to one order.
We provide discounts on wholesale orders to Russian schools and libraries, and also deliver custom-made textbooks at low prices.
We deliver on order any books, including for adults.
