Подросток попался в арт-ловушку

The teenager fell into an art trap

Art has outgrown the confines of museums and broken free, out into the world where everyone can see it! You don't have to go to museums anymore; graffiti will catch up with you on its own, hook you with its sharp edge, and once you've seen it, you can't unsee it.

That's what happened to 14-year-old Vanya. Someone left a tag on his garage—a stylized signature in spray paint—but for some reason, this scribble struck a chord with Vanya and quickly sucked him into the world of street art. Vanya meets a girl who dreams of Banksy...

This book stirs up a whole whirlwind of thoughts and feelings: it’s got love, art, career choices, and reflections on the public good—everything that preoccupies any thoughtful teenager. Most of the talk, of course, is about Banksy, but works of art never travel alone: "Girl with Balloon" drags William Blake, Malevich, Pokras Lampas, and goodness knows who else along with it... You'll barely have time to call in an explanatory squad, and Googling information about the paintings is by no means a trivial task.

"It's All Banksy's Fault" by Denis Sorokotyagin, for teenagers aged 12-16.
