Самая нужная в жизни формула

The most important formula in life

Do you know which formula we encounter most often in life? Not on T-shirts or pencil cases with Einstein on them, but in our actual, real lives? It’s the speed-time-distance formula, of course. S=Vt. How long it takes us to drive to the next town, or how fast we swim during practice at the pool—all of this is far more relevant than E=mc2.

"Prostye Pravila" has created a game that will help children juggle this formula with ease, rearranging the unknowns. Players must get from point A to point B as quickly as possible, paying attention to the speed limit on a given stretch of road and accounting for the time available. If you are moving at a low speed, that doesn't mean you will finish last, because you can choose the shortest route, while your opponents might be racing headlong down a longer path. Just like in real life, you can change your speed: speed up or slow down, and you can't always travel at your current speed on a particular stretch of road, so be careful, watch the signs, turns, and your opponents; meanwhile, an understanding of the relationship between speed, time, and distance will imperceptibly but steadily take root in your bright minds.

The family board game "Dvizh" is for players ages 8 and up.
