Mulle Mek lives at the end of the road with his dog Buffa. He is fond of collecting all kinds of pieces of iron from the landfill, various gizmos and devices. All this came in handy when he assembled his car, boat and plane. Since the first book in 1993, Mulle Mek has been solving engineering problems, showing children in a visual and amusing way how vehicles and mechanisms are arranged and work.
Mulle Mek also teaches that there are no unnecessary things, only old things that you can use in new ways.
Mulle Mek goes through life with his motto: "If there's a problem, there must be a solution" and "Problems are just problems to be solved."
Mulle is a practical person. He loves helping his many friends and exploring the world.
