Grin created a special, amazing world where romantics and adventurers live, where reality is indistinguishable from a dream, and where the boldest dreams invariably come true. Alexander Grin is called the last romantic in Russian literature. Isn't that why his works hold an inexplicable appeal for us? They awaken the best feelings, forcing us to look at the world through different eyes. Grin wrote about strong people with pure hearts. His book "Scarlet Sails" is also about them. The romantic story of the girl Assol, who, despite adversity and ridicule, waited for her prince on a ship with scarlet sails, makes one believe in miracles at any cost.
