Girl Ellie and her friend puppy Totoshka accidentally end up in a magical land. Only the great and terrible Goodwin, the Wizard of the Emerald City, can help them return home. On the way to the Emerald City, Ellie befriends the Scarecrow, the Tin Woodman, and the Cowardly Lion. Together they will overcome all the difficulties that have arisen in their path.
