This is the first book in the "History Lessons" series. Judging by the title "How to Catch a Mammoth?" alone, you can tell that this book is completely useless. Of course, by reading it, you might learn how prehistoric people dug pits and trapped mammoths, but you won't be able to catch any for the simple reason that mammoths just don't exist anymore. Just like saber-toothed tigers and woolly rhinoceroses. And why, you might ask, was this story written? According to the authors, for their own pleasure. And, we hope, for the pleasure of the readers.
In short, onward, curious readers! Although, when it comes to history, it would be more accurate to say: backward, dear readers!
