This book reveals a new facet of the famous artist Anton Lomaev’s talent. This time, the book owes him not only its illustrations—as always, magical and enchanting—but its content as well! The artist was nudged toward his literary career by his paternal duty: namely, to compose bedtime stories that would make his rambunctious sons listen quietly. But the more interesting the story, the harder it is to fall asleep! How can one sleep when such thrilling wonders are happening in the world? It’s a problem familiar to any father, whether he is a pirate or an artist. It is from such tales, from warm summer days by the sea, and from evenings in the family circle that "Lullaby for a Little Pirate" was born.
