Learning to read and developing motor skills
"Fold-and-Read" is a unique tool for practicing reading and fine motor skills. Children piece together phrases from words and find out what the characters are saying. Folding each sheet becomes increasingly interesting and challenging. To assemble the pictures and sentences, dozens of coordinated movements are required: holding and tearing the sheet out of the workbook, starting to fold it at a specific angle, and creasing the fold lines.
Did it work? Excellent, the picture is ready. Now all that's left is to read the sentence formed from the words. Having mastered the first puzzle, the child will want to learn how to fold the sheets correctly and practice reading complex words and sentences on their own.
An easy and inspiring start to reading.
The workbook tasks were designed by a team of psychologists and specialists in play-based learning.
Every fold reveals words that are so fun to read.
Each page is an engaging spatial reasoning puzzle.
