The blond guy in a checkered shirt, Vanya Luzhnikov, is fourteen. He is a simple guy and does well at school. It's summer, which means vacation and freedom. But everything changes dramatically when someone spray-paints his name on his family garage. Vanya will have to plunge into the world of Moscow street art, run into a guy nicknamed Kulek and meet Tusya, a girl with green hair who is crazy about Banksy, writes letters to him and dreams of being in London. The story “Banksy is to Blame It All” poses pressing questions about teenagers growing up in modern society and tries to find non-trivial answers to them.
