“Ariol” is a series of fun comics about the everyday life of a little donkey and his best friend, a mischievous but very endearing piglet. They go to school together, go on vacation together, play together, and mess around together. They were created by Emmanuel Guibert, one of the most respected French comic book artists and a recipient of the René Goscinny Award for screenwriting excellence, and illustrated by the renowned children's illustrator Marc Boutavant.
“Ariol” is one of the rare examples in today’s comic book whirlwind of truly family-friendly reading, in which everyone will find something for themselves, regardless of age. Anyone who has kept even a drop of a child within them. Not the know-it-all, cynical teenager, but the actual child—naive, curious, and free from clichés and stereotypes.
Ramono is a mighty rabbit in Ariol's class. He loves gym class and always wears a tracksuit. This week, he is getting braces to fix his bite and improve his pronunciation. However, Ramono has his own opinion on the latter: “What’th wrong with my pronunthiation?”
