More than one generation has grown up on the poems of Elena Blaginina, a poet and translator and a classic of children's literature. Her poems—kind, soulful, sparkling with humor, sometimes mischievous, sometimes lyrical—reveal the world as seen through the eyes of a child: spring dripping, golden autumn, a New Year's tree, summer rain, toys, animals, friends, and, of course, a beloved, caring mother, "simply golden!". In this book, you will find everything that can interest and delight a preschooler: poems and fairy tales, counting rhymes and patter songs, songs and teases, games and tongue twisters.
