Yevgeny Gagloev: Kefir, Gavroche, and Ricochet. The Case of the Missing Grandmother

Evgeny Gagloev is a recognized master of contemporary fantasy and adventure literature for children and teenagers.
“The Case of the Missing Grandmother” is the first book in a series about the adventures of alien raccoons and their friends. A fast-paced plot, mysteries, puzzles, and vibrant illustrations – everything you need to forget about boredom and keep the book in your hands.
While her parents are away on a cruise, Ilona spends her summer vacation at her grandmother’s place, in a cozy town with a huge park and a beautiful lake. The only problem is that there’s no one to play with here – all the other children have gone away for the summer. But Ilona doesn't have time to get sad. A comet is already hurtling toward Earth, bandits are charging a space cannon, and any moment now, three talking raccoons – who aren't actually raccoons at all – will climb right out of the lake and sweep the girl into the most extraordinary adventures. Where Kefir, Gavrosh, and Ricochet appear, there is no time to be bored; you just have to keep up with the funny or scary, but always amazing, incidents! The first book in the series about the adventures of alien raccoons and their friends.
