To engage in mathematics with preschoolers, it is not at all necessary to graduate from a mekhmat or a pedagogical institute. All you need is a desire to captivate children with what you yourself are interested in, and in addition - sensitivity and flexibility of thinking to guess the needs of children and modify games on the go. And games can be very diverse. After all, the main thing that is worth teaching them is the ability to think and reason, sort out options, look for various solutions and make small discoveries on their own. And this can be learned not only sitting at a desk, but also lying on the carpet, and even jumping on three legs.
This book contains our favorite "math games", thanks to which our classes are not classes at all, but a fun holiday.
