One day during a thunderstorm, Mulla Meck came up with a brilliant idea: to build an environmentally friendly electric car. With a quiet, soft ride, without any harmful emissions. It’s a great idea, but there’s just one catch: Mullet is very good at mechanics, but not so much at electricity. It’s good that many other craftsmen and craftsmen live in its area. Some of them are already familiar to readers from previous books - these are Lukas Diesel, Doris Schitaisson, and Gordon Momental. They help Mulla Mek assemble an electric car, and at the same time explain in simple words the principles of how electricity works.
Both endpapers of the book are dedicated to electricity. In an accessible form, they will introduce preschoolers to such concepts as a magnet, electron, conductor, generator, electric motor, battery, and so on - which will be useful for children not only in school lessons, but also in life.

The creators of books about Mullah Meck are the famous Swedish writer Georg Johansson, the author of many children's books about science and technology, and the no less famous illustrator Jens Albom. The stories of jack-of-all-trades mechanic Mulla Mecca and his dog Buffa have been hugely popular with Swedish children for 30 years. Mulle is loved no less than the famous heroes of Astrid Lindgren's fairy tales.
