The second volume of "Cats in Comics" greets us with familiar faces... or, more accurately, muzzles.
Bristol, the ginger kitten, continues to gain experience, but he is no longer as naive as he once was and occasionally grasps situations faster than old Merlin. Furthermore, in this new volume, the authors have given him the chance to play teacher himself to an unexpected guest—a foster cat.
Yuzu, the pampered cat, continues her (un)successful struggle with extra weight... or should I say—pardon!—with excessive fluffiness. Actually, it is mostly her owners who are doing the struggling, offering her fancy interactive feeders and climbing trees to encourage activity. Yuzu easily bypasses all these obstacles, remaining in perfect harmony with herself.
"But what about Merlin?" you might ask. Well, the former street cat is still spouting scientific facts and sharing his wisdom. Despite his advanced age, he has kept a few tricks up his sleeve, one of which is the phenomenal art of hiding! The grumpiness and wild habits of a seasoned cat haven't gone anywhere, but the age of technology has caught up with him too... How? You'll find out when you read the second volume of the "Cats in Comics" series!
The book's structure remains the same: short, one-page stories from daily life offer amusing situations, and an explanatory section at the end of the volume provides useful information on the care of these furry meowing pets.
