Space mailman Bob, already familiar to readers from two previous books, continues to sail the vastness of the universe, delivering mail and overcoming all sorts of difficulties. This time, his day didn't go well from the very start: he didn't have time for breakfast and arrived at work hungry. Throughout his busy workday, he tries to snatch a chance to grab a bite to eat, but he is either offered larvae with meteorites, or he has to urgently save a friend, or the long-awaited snack turns out to be so hot that it burns poor Bob's tongue... But, as always, thanks to his resourcefulness and patience, our hero brilliantly handles all the challenges and returns to base, where the coveted sandwich is finally within reach...
