It just so happened that each of the forest hut's inhabitants tended to their own tasks and helped the others. The winged sparrow brought food from the forest, the furry little mouse chopped firewood, and the buttery pancake cooked soup and porridge. But as soon as the friends decided to swap chores, everything went awry... And could it be any other way when you suddenly start envying another and looking for an easier job for yourself?
