Valérie Fontaine: Milo’s Blunder #01

A new series for preteens from beloved Quebec author Valérie Fontaine! Milo, Inès, Romy, Adam, and Léon are students in Ms. Clémence’s class. Nothing predestined them to become friends, but when Ms. Clémence decides that her students will work on an entrepreneurship project, the five students find themselves having to help one another with their individual projects.

Milo has broken his grandmother's vase, a precious object she has cherished for years. Panicked, he decides to collect the shards, hoping that no one will notice. At the same time, his teacher launches a class group project: raising money for a cause close to their hearts. Milo decides he will raise money to buy a vase identical to the one he broke, all while keeping this secret to himself... Between his father, who thinks he is raising money for soccer gear; his sister, who has discovered his secret and is threatening to tell on him; and his entrepreneurship projects, which are proving to be more complicated than expected, will Milo succeed in replacing the vase without anyone noticing, thus avoiding breaking his grandmother's heart?
