Nothing comes easy in the Ice Age. Especially Grandpa Puzan's educational trek!
The little Neanderthal and his friends are in for many adventures. An encounter with giant mammoths and a race against bears. A skirmish with a cave lioness and a battle with a saber-toothed tigress. The invention of the Floater and the taming of reindeer.
And the main goal of the trek is to find the endangered woolly rhinoceros...
Hurry and pack your bags (don't forget the skins for huts, flint scrapers, ash spears, and plenty of dried meat and willow gruel). We are setting off on the Great Trek with the Neanderthal boy and the most fun children's illustrator, Uncle Kolya Vorontsov!
