Sasha and Alyosha are twins, they are seven years old and look very much alike. All summer long, having put on their school uniforms, the twins admired their reflection in the mirror and thought about how soon, very soon, a new life would begin for them. But they had no idea what adventures awaited them. It all started right after September 1st, when Sasha and Alyosha went to school for the first time. Now they had to get up early in the morning, pack their schoolbags, and do their homework. And while they somehow managed the first two tasks, the homework was a real disaster. Of course, just try sitting still when those pesky little lines and hooks refuse to turn into letters! It would be better if those letters didn’t exist at all!
But, as everyone knows, wishes have a habit of coming true… Suddenly, Sasha and Alyosha find themselves in the magical town of Lettergrad, where the brothers set off with new friends in search of a missing letter, while the city's worst enemies—the Letter-eaters—threaten to swallow the entire alphabet.
