Little Mishka finds it very difficult to experience unpleasant feelings—anger, fear, sadness, and disgust.
He doesn't know how to behave when he feels bad. Mishka has hidden in a little house, but it’s dark and scary in there because an evil wizard has placed one of these unpleasant feelings right on the ground floor.
Help Mishka chase away the evil wizard. To do this, you need to talk about what scares or angers Mishka, how he behaves in such situations, and what helps him cope with it all. Explain what is happening to Mishka and earn stars for it. Whoever collects the most stars will be able to turn on the lights in the house and make it cozy and safe.
By playing, you can teach a child to recognize and name their feelings, understand when and why they arise, talk about what they want to do in difficult situations, and how to cope with their feelings.
The game is intended for specialists (primarily psychologists and educators) and parents. The materials can be used as metaphorical cards in individual and group psychological work with preschool children, as well as in work with families.
