The textbook consists of two parts. The first part is devoted to the study of natural numbers and an introduction to basic concepts of geometry. The textbook features a large and well-organized system of exercises, divided into three main groups: for classroom work, for reviewing previously covered material, and for homework. Within these groups, special icons highlight exercises for oral work, tasks for group work, and practical assignments.
In addition, there are sections that help students speak, reason, and think correctly, enabling them to successfully master universal learning skills, as well as a section dedicated to the history of mathematics.
Each paragraph concludes with an "Applying Mathematics" section, containing exercises that demonstrate the connection between mathematics and other sciences and areas of activity.
