The book "The Adventures of Dunno and His Friends" by the classic children's author Nikolay Nosov was first published in 1954 and marked the beginning of a trilogy about the cheerful and mischievous little people from Flower Town. The protagonist of the story, Dunno, possesses quite contradictory qualities, but he is good-natured and ready to do good deeds. He is sharp-witted and brave, as well as very charming.
