Little ones just love looking at pictures, and "Ellie the Snail’s Adventures in the Animal World" features not only bright illustrations of animals, but also a sweet story about a snail who lived near a farm and knew all the creatures around. One day, Ellie crawled into a fruit crate and "arrived" at the zoo, where she met all the animals of the world.
This bright and beautiful book has everything to keep a child engaged for a long time. Thanks to Ellie the snail's adventures, a child will not only be able to get to know the pigs and cows everyone knows, but also discover the Tasmanian devil, the bandicoot, the cassowary, and the secretary bird!
Every spread of the book will show the child incredibly beautifully drawn animals: European ones—the badger, mole, hedgehog, and moose; Asian ones—the camel, saiga, and snow leopard. Plus the alligator and skunk from North America, the puma, capybara, and toucan from South America, and the koala and wombat from Australia. Hot Africa, cold Antarctica, predators and herbivores, birds, inhabitants of the seas and oceans…
A separate spread in "Ellie the Snail’s Adventures in the Animal World" is dedicated to baby animals.
For young readers, there is also an activity to develop fine motor skills and attention—navigating a maze to help the babies find their parents.
The book's soft cover makes it easy to take along on a walk or a trip. It fits easily into a bag or a child's backpack, won't get wrinkled, and takes up very little space on a bookshelf.
