S. Marshak wrote wonderful poems and fairy tales for children that have delighted young readers for many years. The series "Dетки в клетке" (Kids in the Cage) and "Круглый год" (All Year Round), "The Tale of the Foolish Mouse", "Luggage", "The Scatterbrained Fellow", and many other works included in this book will certainly please children. At the end of the book, there are comprehension questions for the works read. By answering these questions, children will better understand what they have read and learn to be more attentive to the text. And this is excellent preparation for the studies that will await them in school.
For preschool age.
