The yellow road winds between rocks, where strange giraffes tell jokes, dives into a forest inhabited by kind trolls, leads into a desert filled with ships and boats, and turns into a yellow river - and then the sea, an island, a princess’s castle, and a labyrinth. At every turn, not only danger awaits the boy, but also kind helpers - now hooligan jackdaws, now a stern submarine captain, now a talking dog, now an artist painting magical pictures.
