The board game "One of Us" is designed to help teenagers better understand themselves and each other, and to learn to accept and value individuality—both their own and that of others. The goal of the game is to score as many points as possible. To do this, participants must complete tasks and answer questions about themselves, which will allow them to see each other from a variety of perspectives. The tasks touch upon topics important to teenagers, such as self-esteem, relationships with the opposite sex, peers, parents, and more. The variety of tasks keeps the game engaging even for those playing it for the first time.

The methodological guide is part of a kit that also includes a game board and the necessary components to conduct the game: sheets with cards and a spinner. The guide contains the rules of the game, clarifies its psychological significance, and presents the gameplay algorithm.

The game will be a useful tool for school psychologists, educators, counselors, and anyone working with teenagers. In effect, the game is a form of group psychological work.
