This cheerful book of poems about animals and their little ones will help your child prepare for preschool and adjust during those first few days. "Preschool for Little Animals" by Yulia Vesova features wonderful rhythmic verses and touching illustrations. These stories about how meerkats, penguins, giraffes, mongooses, elephants, and even orcas set up preschools for their babies will help children realize that preschool isn't scary—on the contrary, it’s fun and interesting.
At the end of the book, you will find interesting notes on how animal nurseries work in the wild.
