This fun collection of Russian language contains the most insidious rules that are studied from the second grade, but perhaps never fully learned. The book was written by Arkady Khait and Alexander Levenbuk based on episodes of the "Baby Monitor" program, which aired on Soviet radio in the 1970s and 1980s. Charming characters, funny dialogues and funny songs help you memorize complex rules quickly and easily. According to listeners' feedback, Baby Monitor lessons were five times more effective than school grammar lessons. The drawings for this book were created by the artist Anatoly Reznikov, a well-known animator, director of cartoons about the cat Leopold.
