"The Traveling to Eleusis" is the twentieth novel by one of the most prominent prose writers and prophets of our time.
The Musk Night was a classified algorithmic uprising that almost destroyed the planet. Admiral-Bishop Lomas, head of security at Transhumanism INC., is convinced that their real rebellion is yet to come. This revolt will destroy everyone—both the losers living on the surface and the wealthy who have moved into underground cerebro-containers. To prevent the catastrophe, Lomas sends his best canned operative into the "Roma-3" space—a neural network simulation of the third-century Rome for the corporation's clients. The secret of the conspiracy is hidden there, guarded by the master of Rome himself: the bloody and depraved emperor Porphyry.
