The last academic quarter, a field trip to a confectionery factory, a chance to get to know his classmate Masha better… A perfect spring day for seventh-grader Stepan was marred by an argument with his mother. The reason was trivial: he forgot to bring his permission slip for walking home alone and didn't hear her calls. And it was far from the first argument, either… What’s more, Stepan even knows exactly when and in what words he needs to apologize. But this time, the seventh-grader isn't ready to make concessions.
