This book is a continuation of the stories "Solnyshkin's Merry Sailing" and "Solnyshkin Sails to Antarctica".
While Solnyshkin and Perchikov, under the command of Moryakov, ply the ship "Give it!" the boundless expanses of Antarctica, in Okeansk, they are forced to entrust the steamer "Firefly" to the unfortunate captain Swim-Know. And an ordinary flight for the transportation of kefir turns into an unusual wintering near the island of Kambala. But the desire to swim-know to become famous is not destined to come true, because old acquaintances are already rushing to the rescue of "Firefly".
