Vladimir Grigoryevich Suteev is a classic author of Russian children's literature. His fairy tales—simple, accessible, and yet uniquely engaging—are especially interesting to the youngest readers. After all, almost every phrase is accompanied by an illustration, and the story can be followed through the pictures.
This book is designed specifically for little ones: it features bright illustrations and large letters, the thick cardboard won't tear during reading, and the rounded corners won't hurt little fingers.
One day, the animals found an Apple in the autumn forest. They began to wonder: who should it be given to? After all, the Hare saw the apple, the Crow picked it, and the Hedgehog caught it. The friends almost came to blows over the apple, but then the Bear came to help and judged fairly. And how he managed to do that—you will find out from this book!
