Yuri Koval is an unusual writer; his stories transport the reader to an autumn forest, a spring taiga, a summer village, or an apartment where the proud Captain Klyukvin lives.
To tame a potato-dog, to sing a duet with a cautious crossbill, to hide autumn in a jug – Yuri Koval can do it all. He is a true magician who is happy to share his secrets with every reader. You only need to open the book. And there, the cold leaf-fall wind has already begun to blow, rustling the paper pages…
Our book includes all the stories from the "Leaf-fall" (Listoboy) cycle, featuring drawings by Vera Tsepilova. The illustrations perfectly capture the atmosphere of Yuri Koval's prose.
