Every book about Mama Moo and her friend Crow is a funny story about a curious and thoughtful cow and her crow friend. The characters find themselves in situations that children encounter—going to the pool, riding a snow scooter, learning to read—and they explore the world along with their readers. The books about Mama Moo and Crow have been translated into thirty languages and are known all over the world. Their authors are Jujja Wieslander, an honorary member of the Swedish Academy of Children's Books, and Sven Nordqvist, an artist who gained worldwide fame thanks to his books about Pettson and Findus. The cows have spent the whole winter in the stable, but now the snow has melted. Mama Moo decides to tidy up the cowshed a bit and decorate it with flowers. Watching her, Crow decides to head to his own nest to clean up his nest, which is cluttered with all sorts of things. Then he flies back to the cowshed and starts tidying up there too, but in his own way: first, he just turns off the lights so the mess can't be seen, then he blows all the hay out with a fan, and finally, he paints everything white...
