Easter is coming soon, this year Catholic and Orthodox with a week difference. We will hold a very interesting event on our website and on our Facebook page and will time it to Catholic Easter, don't miss it! And at home with the children we will celebrate Orthodox, though with a fair share of Catholic traditions. Well, so what? We celebrate Catholic and Orthodox Christmas one way or another, and New Year twice, so two Easters - why not :)
We love holidays and prepare for them seriously. We came up with something awesome for the website, well, you'll see it in a week, but we'll tell you about the newly introduced customs at home now. Following the tradition of the Christmas elf, who comes to children and gives them tasks, a rabbit will come to us on Easter. He will appear at home one night and will leave notes all pre-Easter week (and in English, as an additional incentive for learning). In the notes, he tells you to paint eggs, bake cookies, decorate the nursery, make spring crafts, look for the chickens that have run away around the house, and on Sunday, of course, leave instructions on where to look for gifts.
And since you read this post to the end, here’s a gift for you too – a hint: on Easter, look for our bonuses in those places that are related to the holiday ;)
