This book tells of distant, fairy-tale times, of the Duchy of Clarides, located on the seashore. Here, in the castle, live the young heroes—courageous George and the gentle but strong Bee. They have been inseparable since childhood and spend every day together: looking at the wonderful landscapes from the castle tower, walking through the expanses of Clarides, and one day setting off on a journey to the lake of the undines.
Thus begin the trials and dangerous adventures. The heroes will have to spend long years apart: George is taken prisoner by the undines, and Bee has to stay in the gnomes' underground. To meet again, the heroes will overcome many obstacles and prove that their feelings are truly deep and sincere.
