Have you heard of the Fab Five?

The Fab Five is a series of children's detective books by English writer Enid Blyton. The first book in the series, entitled Five on a Treasure Island, appeared as early as 1942, but to this day this series of 21 books remains one of the best-selling children's book series in the world. Your children's English-speaking friends, if they are over 10 years old, probably know and love The Famous Five.

Two brothers and a sister - Julian, Dick and Ann - often come to Kirrin Cottage for holidays with their cousin George and participate in solving secrets, conducting their own detective investigations, in which Timmy, George's faithful dog, helps them.

Giving an unreadable child a book with a gripping detective story is the best way to help them fall in love with reading!
For those starting the series, On Treasure Island is the very first book.

Shipwreck off Kirrin Island! There must be treasure on the ship! But where is he? The famous five - Julian, Dick, Ann and George with their beloved dog Timmy - are on the trail, but as it turns out, they are not alone in searching for treasure. And time is running inexorably.
