The life of little Anya flows measuredly and happily. In summer - in the village, with blueberry fields, and tall pines and a warm lake. And in the winter in Moscow, with the Tretyakov Gallery and gifts from the "Children's World". But one day this life ends. Anna now lives in New York. While her parents are studying at the university, she goes to an American school, eats sandwiches with jam instead of soup, looks for new friends and gets used to walking without a hat on the street. The story of Maria Danilova "Anya here and there" in 2020 entered the final of the Krapivin Children's Literary Prize. This is a story about growing up between two cultures, about how important it is, wherever you are, to know that you can always return home.
