Maurice Maeterlinck - Belgian writer, philosopher, Nobel Prize in Literature. In 1905, he wrote the play-parable "The Blue Bird", which became one of the main events of the 20th century: it was staged on theater stages, films were made, and radio plays were recorded. The civil wife of the writer Georgette Leblanc made a version of a fairy tale for children out of the play. Filled with kindness and faith, the tale of the Blue Bird, a symbol of happiness and hope, continues to touch people's hearts and win fans around the world to this day.
On Christmas night, the fairy Berilyun knocked on the door of the brother and sister Tiltil and Mitil. Her granddaughter is sick and only Blue Bird can help her. But where to look for it? It is up to the children to complete this difficult task. To help them come alive Bread, Sugar, Fire and Water, as well as the faithful dog Tilo and the cunning cat Tiletta. The heroes have a difficult path ahead: they will look into the halls of the Night, visit the Land of Memories, and visit the Kingdom of the Future. However, the Blue Bird is nowhere to be found.
