The vision training album was created and developed with the support of leading ophthalmologists specifically for preventive support and restoration of vision. It includes: stereo images (stereograms) of different levels of complexity, types and topics, answers to them, polychromatic pictures and optical illusions, various tasks for training vision and pictures for the prevention of a lazy eye, as well as gymnastics for the eyes. The topics of stereo images are very diverse: animals, fairy-tale characters, sights, plot pictures, etc., so it will be interesting to work with them for both children of different ages and adults. Looking at stereo images helps the muscles of the eye to relax, has a beneficial effect on improving and maintaining visual acuity.
