Alisa Selezneva, a girl of the 21st century, who was invented by the famous science fiction writer Kir Bulychev, after the end of the second grade, goes with her father, a biology professor, on an interstellar scientific expedition on the Pegasus spacecraft to collect rare alien animals for the Moscow zoo. Having accidentally learned about the disappearance of three legendary captains who traveled the entire Galaxy on their starships, the Pegasus crew, largely thanks to the fearless Alice, was able to uncover the secret of their disappearance and save their lives by defeating the insidious space pirates.
This fantastic story, first published in 1974, is still very popular among all young adventure lovers, not only in our country. It has been translated into almost all European languages, as well as into Chinese and Japanese.
