Petronella is not an ordinary witch, but kind and cheerful. And she lives not in some hut in a dark forest, but in a magical house on an apple tree, in the center of an orchard, not far from the mill. That mill stood for many years without an owner, until one day a whole family moved into it, but what a noisy one!
At first, Petronella expected all sorts of troubles from her new neighbors, but one day two of the new settlers came to visit her and turned out to be cute kids! They were the boy Louis and his sister Lina. From the first meeting, Petronella and the guys liked each other, and then they became friends. Just in time, because without the help of the good witch, Louis and Lina would have nothing to dream of winning an important competition, but it's already a long story...
